Television Show

Television shows, or TV programs, are content produced for viewing on a television set through over-the-air, satellite, or cable. They can be made by television broadcasters or film production companies and are scheduled for broadcast in advance. Streaming services often offer them for on-demand viewing. Shows are produced using two main methodologies: live taped shows like variety and news magazine shows, as well as sporting events, are shot on a television studio stage (considered linear productions); the other production model includes animation, movies, and series. Shows not produced on a television studio stage are typically contracted to appropriate production companies.
